Initial Collection of Information, Keys (Initial Meeting) and Subsequent Keys Delivery
Initial Collection of Information, Keys (Initial Meeting) is a necessity for every order of catsitting which usually takes 30-60 minutes and includes:
- Meeting with your Catsitter at your home and brief introduction to your cat(s)
- Collection of all necessary information and documenting all tasks into our Checklist by your Catsitter and keys handover
- Keys drop-off to customers' hands after the catsitting

The price is for households, regardless of the number of cats.
Handing your keys to your catsitter is done at the end of the Initial Meeting. If you would like to pass the keys at another (later) date, we charge a travel surcharge of CZK 400,- regardless of the amount spent. Therefore, we ask clients to have their keys ready for their catsitter at the Initial Meeting.
Download our Catsit.cz® Agreement on Catsitting and Checklist. The form does not need to be filled in, it only serves for your information. It will be filled by your catsitter during the Initial Meeting.
Catsit.cz® Excellent Care
Every Catsit.cz® Excellent Care visit includes:
- 30 minutes of playing with your cat(s) and their favourite toys
- Refilling of water and cat food
- Cleaning of litter tray
- Applying medication (if necessary)
- Extra services
- Sending visit reports to the customer (SMS/MMS/Email/Android App)
Recommended for short trips or households with multiple cats that are independent. One Catsit.cz® Excellent Care takes 40-50 minutes in total, depending on the number of additional services.

services.

Recommended for long journeys and cats with pets who like to eat fresh food 3 times a day and love human presence. The service is also ideal for kitten breeders who need much more attention than adult cats.

Rush-fees for short notice bookings
Applied if first visit takes place within 10 days from submitting your booking. The Initial Collection of Information, Keys (Initial Meeting) and Subsequent Keys Delivery price is
governed by the price prior to applying rush-fees.
First visit within 8 to 10 days from submitting the booking: +10% (min. 400.- CZK)
Example: booking submitted on 1st day of a month and first visit between 8th and 10th day of that month
First visit within 5 to 7 days from submitting the booking: +20% (min. 600.- CZK)
Example: booking submitted on 1st day of a month and first visit between 5th and 7th day of that month
First visit within 4 days from submitting the booking: +30% (min. 800.- CZK)
Example: booking submitted on 1st day of a month and first visit on 4th day of that month
First visit within 3 days from submitting the booking: +50% (min. 1000.- CZK)
Example: booking submitted on 1st day of a month (before 19:00) and first visit on the 3rd day of that month
Prepayment and cancellation policy
Every booking will become valid upon prepayment settling.
The prepayment amount will be deducted from the final price for services provided in case your booking will not be subjected to any changes of service or dates (with
exception to the "Initial meeting & keys pick-up" time and date). In case of cancellation of the booking the prepayment is non-refundable.
Prepayment amount calculation:
Off-season booking (within the date of first and last visit there is no bank holiday or 31/12): 900,- CZK + rush-fee (if applied for the particular booking)
High season booking (within the date of first and last visit there is at least one bank holiday or 31/12): 1500,- CZK + rush-fee (if applied for the particular booking)
The prepayment settling details (incl. the payment reference number) will be displayed on your screen after submitting your booking as well as within the automated confirmation email.
