Catsit.cz® Personal Data Protection Principles
I.
All our devices are secured with password, antivirus software with Anti-Theft features and they use only applications from known and secure sources.
II.
All our Catsitters were trained on GDPR and have signed the Internal Regulation on the Processing of Customer’s Personal Data in accordance with the provisions of Act No
101/2000 on the protection of personal data, as amended, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council.
III.
All our Catsitters are, as part of their work contract, obliged to keep in strict confidentiality about all services provided even to their family members and persons in close relation to them. These obligations are bonding even upon termination of their employment.
IV.
All our Catsitters shall secure personal data against loss, misuse, alteration, damage and/or destruction.
V.
If a customer does not give us consent to personal data processing, we shall forthwith destroy all documents containing the customers’ personal data. If a customer gives us consent to
personal data processing, he or she has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time.
VI.
Files containing Personal Data of Customers’ who gave us consent with personal data processing will be stored in a safe cloud storage certified with ISO 9001:2016 and ISO
27001:2014. Catsit.cz’s Data Protection Officer is Anastasia Dubinkina, founder and CEO of Catsit.cz s.r.o.
